    Those SLUS stuff is also an ELF can you run it directly with ulunchelf? So I can play games directly without usbadvance because it's not working on my sytem coz my MI is fake.

    BOOT2 = cdrom0:\SLUS_203.88;1
    VER = 1.20
    VMODE = NTSC

    what if i change it mass0:\ ...something like that then rename system.cnf to elf.

    The whole idea is doomed, so don't waste more time on this.

    First of all, it is NOT the "SYSTEM.CNF" file which is an ELF but the file "SLUS_203.88". There is no circumstance, ever, where you can make anything work by renaming a text file as if it were an ELF.

    Secondly, even if you do copy "SLUS_203.88" to some other medium, renamed as you please, and successfully launch it there, it still won't do you any good...! Such a program expects to find it's data files (and subprograms) on the cdrom as well, regardless of the medium you started it from.

    And that is why programs like HDLoader and USBAdvance are needed for this sort of thing. Those 'loaders' emulate CDROM drivers so that the game can perform all I/O operations as if it was using a real CDROM, even though that is not the case. And like I said above, without such emulation the whole idea is doomed. It simply can't work.

    Best regards: dlanor
