Hello guys, i'm trying to make backup of my saved games to my flash drive.

I't worked once in the same device i'm using but now it doesn't work anymore. I'm trying to get my old saves or downloaded ones from the flashdrive to the mc and all it does is create an empty "/" folder...

    Any idea what is happening?

Could you be more precise? You did PSU Pasted *.psu file on mc, and uLE, unstead of unpack it, created "mc0:/\" ("mc0://")?

Yes Berion, that's exactly what is happening. It doesn't unpack, it a creates a "/" folder in mc instead...

Please include the failing PSU file in an attachment to your next post.
This way I and others can test what happens on our own consoles.
That's the best way to find out all the details.

Best regards: Ronald Andersson (aka: dlanor)

You can post link without http://www part.

BTW: maybe this PSU is not proper format or (if this possible in file specification) have empty field in folder name. I just guessing.

Download PS2 Save Converter made by ffgriever and check what have you got inside and in the title. You can also repack this save by this program.

Did it. PS2 Save Converter can't open any of the psu files in the flashdrive
i guess something corrupted it, but i can't tell what, since i haven't used the flashdrive anywhere else than with the ps2 with uLauchElf only (using copy and psuPaste)...
    All my saves are gone

Tested new backups of a few games i'm not playing anymore. It worked just fine and PS2 Save Converter opened them just fine. I guess i will transfer then to my HD right away to not risk losing everything again...
Thank you guys for the help, specially you Berion. I guess i will keep using PS2 Save converter to check on files on my PC before deleting them form my MC.
    Thanx a lot again!
    Cya
