Terribly sorry, but I spent the past hour searching for a question that has probably been asked.
How can you use the pstwo with uLaunchelf?
I put all the needed files onto my memory card and I inserted the specific ps1 string into the title.db but it won't boot?
Do I need to have the slimline modded for it to work?

If u dont have a modded pstwo, then use the independence exploit to boot stuff from the memory card(search google)... make sure that the ps1 cd that you are using is original.. try using the independence exploit compiler instead of compiling the explit urself(ps2savetools.com)....

No, but i do hope that you're using something like swap magic to boot copied media if your pstwo is not modded...

Well, the trouble is not that i can't get files onto the memory card. That's the easy part. My problem is getting it to boot.

BUMP
Is there something I have to do specifically to get it to boot with the slimline? It works find on my fat one but not the slimline.

There is NO way to use the exploit on a slim PStwo. (Sony blocked it.)
That boot method only works on a fat PS2.
For the slim PStwo you need to use a mod-chip, or Swap Magic boot discs.
