Anyway, my ps2 is chipped with Super7 modchip, i've burned uLaunchElf ver 4.38 and i did the whole BOOT thingy with BOOT.ELF and when i start my PS2 i click R1 the cb boots i select my codes and then i press start game.. the cb starts all over again instead of the game in the tray... what the hell am i doing wrong?!
btw i have the slim version of ps2.
I've already replied to this in PM, but I'll add a note here for others that may have similar problems.

So when you boot by DEV1 you now always land in CodeBreaker, and the only exit from CodeBreaker will inevitably relaunch CodeBreaker. Infinite loop, ad nauseam...
The simple fix is to again boot your uLE disc, and then use the uLE FileBrowser to copy the uLE elf as "mc0:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF". You can do this directly from the disc if you want, as the "Paste" command becomes "Paste+Rename" if you activate it using the 'Square' button instead of the regular on. Thus you have a chance to modify the destination filename to whatever you please (in this case "BOOT.ELF").
But you'll be even better off using a newer uLE version, such as the v4.42 available in the release post. This version also has the ability to rename objects as you please on the MC, making installation repairs and maintenance even easier.
Once you have installed uLE as the main DEV1 elf, you can configure it to launch whatever other elfs you want, including the patched CodeBreaker elf you already have (but stored differently from how you first did it, changing either the elf name or its storage folder or both).
Then everything will work as needed:
1: DEV1 booting will take you into the uLE main menu.
2: In uLE you can use a shortcut to launch CodeBreaker.
3: In CodeBreaker you select game and cheats and then 'Start Game'
4: But that instead restarts uLE, still with cheats awaiting game start
5: So in uLE you now use a shortcut to launch either ESR or OPL
6: And then you use either ESR or OPL to start your game with cheats active
Just remember that slim console models later than v13, thus having product codes higher than SCPH-700xx can not have any USB devices at all connected while running CodeBreaker, as that will freeze the program. And the latest console model SCPH-900xx can not use a CodeBreaker elf at all, as it will not work on this model.

I already commented on your PM thanks.
