Kicking Myself In The Head......

I have a friend, who, while is smart enough to let me set up his ps2, wasn't smart enough not to buy this silly, high tech (and probably expensive) looking gadget mp3 player, though he's totally computer-retarted, as in he does not now, or has ever owned one, leaving me burdened for longer than I'll admit with rotating the mp3's on the silly thing... all the time.
And today, whilst doing the not as often rotation of stuff on his ps2 hdd, suddenly got an idea that I should have seen right from the beginning. I plugged the damn mp3 things usb cable into my own ps2, and triggered good old ulaunchelf, and I bet you will never guess what happened when I selected "MASS". Damn, now Im just kicking away at my own damn head for not getting this sooner. one less game, more or less and a quick copy to, later, my freind wont bother me with that damned thing of his ever again.....

and now I have to start in with the other foot, for not getting the usb flash drive he borrowed back from "till he gets his", only realizing now that this works both ways, and he has had "his" all along.... grrrr kick kick kick

for those who missed my attempt at a humorous inferance of a just realized fact: MOST USB mp3 players and digital cameras with flash memory can double as usb flash drives for your ps2, and the ps2 can serve as a "bank" for those thing's media as well, for keeping pics and music, that mostly, you can play or view or whatever, on the ps2 anytime, as well.

I dont know why I did'nt think of this right away, it seems painfully obvious, in hindsight.
