FMCB won't load ule

When I try to launch ule from fmcb's main menu it just says "failed to load ulaunchelf cnf" and takes me to a directory.

I did a multi install of fmcb, formatted memory card, basically followed all the normal instructions...

my usb has all the ulaunchelf files in the root as well as the noobie package stuff and the INSTALL folder...

EDIT: I'm trying to load psxlauncher using vertasile1's method and that's what I mean when I say it just won't happen...I put PSXlauncher in the install folder, right? Then I hold R1 and I just go to the directory...

EDIT2: Nvm, it's working now...
