    you need a modchip with auto atad patching or a sony hdd, or it wont work

    edit: but you can still use the "Hacked" hddosd which dose not require a modchip or sony hdd.

    After those operations were done to the hdd, the FreeMCBoot osdmenu patching got disabled. - Why? Where can this be found? - hddosd

    did you installed the dvdplayer update from the utility disc, maybe that removed you fmcb installation? and because of legal reasons i cant direct you to the hacked hddosd.

    Sorry I didn't know it was illegal.

    No I didn't installed the DVD player update.
    When the HDD is connected the menu is like when FreeMCBoot isn't loaded (thow the FMCB logo is showed before that). When the HDD is disconnected, the menu entries for uLaunchELF, etc. apair.

    oh i think you need to set "skip hdd update" to yes in fmcb configurator, dont know if this will fix it.
