Converting Memory Card Save Folders to PSU

If I copy to or from a Memory card I always seem to get the option to use or create a PSU file. Recently I've been backing up non-recently played game files to my USB memory stick. If I highlight all of the folders and choose "Copy", then press R1, the option for "PSU Paste" is unavailable.

Is there a way to convert a mass amount of game save folders to PSU without, first, copying them to a Memory card?

PS: A PC application is fine too as long as I can just highlight all the folders and have it process them all at one.

PPS: A PC application with more effort is fine, but I'll be really sad.

PPPS: In case you are wondering why this is here instead of some general help section involving PSU/Save files, it is because I see the lack of a PSU Paste across non-MC media as a flaw in the uLaunchelf program.

sounds like a good idea to fix in uLE.

Thanks. I have all of those. Now I just have to find the quickest way to get it done.
If mymc let you import folders that would solve it rather quickly, but that's a whole other sub-forum.
