Cannot use Codebreaker and ESR with UlaunchElf

I've been trying for the past 4 hours to run Tales of the abyss by first running codebreaker patched to take you back to UlE and then run ESR but whenever I run ESR It flashes the colors but freezes at pink and just sits there. This also happens when running ESR first, going to run app and selecting codebreaker, it freezes on pink before codebreaker even runs. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have a PS2 slim SPCH-77001

Use the CB_launch.elf from this thread. It was made to work with fmcb

This way once you Start your game with codes, it will take you back to the Sony FMCB menu, and then you can launch ESR to run the game.

Now the Pink screen I believe is saying that ESR doesn't recognize the disc.

Make sure you patched the disc with esr disc patcher. Burned at a normal speed on Good Quality disc

Use ESR r9b dvdv direct elf to launch the game.
