Boot from MC with USB HD

I have a PS2 v14 + Matrix infinity, how can i boot from MC to run games in my USB hd?
i'm really does't undertand how to put the elf launcher in the MC

You have to make a BOOT folder on mc0:/ (case sensitive) and inside that folder put the elf with the name BOOT.ELF also case sensitive. Now you must boot with DEV1 mode, and if you have a Matrix cip, to do that hold R1 on startup.
PS: to put the BOOT folder and the elf, download the uLaunchELF iso, burn it, and you should be on your way.

i guess i need more help.....
I made a boot cd with ps2gen but doesn't boot, i guess i don't do it right, where i can download a working ISO?
