Any tutorial to run UlaunchELF from DVD?

extract all files of my pack

then

open up nero

new dvd (iso/UDF) or cd

put in the files in this order

1. the system.cnf file

2. your boot.elf

rename YOUR NEW Boot.elf to

SLUS_200.00 (if you are making a DVD and extracted the dvd iso)

or
BOOT.ELF (if you are making a cd and extracted the cd iso)

(for the future: be sure that the file is named exactly like the one loaded by system.cnf [open system.cnf in notepad and see what it boots.])

3. folder with your stuff (DANGWOOT, 4u!)

4.The dummies (make sure the total size is over or exactly 1GB for DVD. If you are using cd and have a v7 PS2, add a dummy to fill up the cd completely...)

Note, Nero will sort the files by name, but will burn them in the order u drag'n'dropped them

I've tried it exactly as you've said using power iso then tried with nero, does not boot at all. I've even downloaded the DVD ISO off someone aboves signature and that doesn't boot. I'm presuming this doesn't work with Swap Magic then?

you HAVE put the stuff in the correct order, now haven't you??

yes, works with sm.
I got 2.0 and 3.3, works fine with both

Why not RW? I tried a few games with RW and Worked fine.

Why is RW not recommended? Because it increases laser wear. Some people may post they've had no problems for years...it's up to you if you want to roll the dice.

yeah, i've even burnt the DVD ISO of the signature above and it just will not boot. The media i use are fine for backup games so i know it aint the discs
