@EEUG: Thanks once again for another nice update. That "little" sound increase is really good. I played some mp3's and the sound difference is amazing. I barely turned my speakers up and the sound went a lot louder than before with the same volume level.

The sound effects may be silly, but they give me a nice, polished user-interaction-feedback-feel that makes me fuzzy inside. I think that SMS is really reachinig the stage where I can explain to my G/F how to use it and that she'll have no problems with it.

I've been here almost since day one (lurking) and I can only say: EEUG, you should feel very very proud of yourself, and the team that has formed around you should pat themselves on the back as well!

Well I know you get lots of thanks from everyone, but since I use this software daily I thought i'd put in mine. Awsome stuff, I was happy with 1.4 but you just kept making it better, It is really sad that the software requires a mod chip/swap or you would have a million dollar product on your hands, hell if you went to the right people it wouldn't need them. I am all for open source but you have made such a good product I say the open source community should be happy with they got so far and you should take it to some suits and get it on store shelves, look at the P.O.S. that was released years ago by ( i think madcats or game genie or something ) anyway, it was sopposed to work and didn't. I guess its to late now, but I still think its kinda sad. Anyway, once again, thanks.

I disagree. Not of the fact that sms would cost money but that it's far too late for that now. SMS is located on many sites so it will always be available for download. Besides that, the program is far from beeing perfect. It's still not stable enough. That's why EEUG and some others (mostly Eugene still) are working so hard on it. And if you look trough the about of sms, you see that there a lot of other people's working on SMS, not just EEUG. And don't you think that if Sony would've wanted that the PS2 could play DivX that they would have brought a similer program years ago? They have the people and money for it, you know. And don't forget that the PS3 is coming up.

SMS is a great program, but I believe it is at his best at this very moment. I'm not trying to stop development of sms, or saying bad things about it. It's just how I feel about the situation.
