I disagree. Not of the fact that sms would cost money but that it's far too late for that now. SMS is located on many sites so it will always be available for download. Besides that, the program is far from beeing perfect. It's still not stable enough. That's why EEUG and some others (mostly Eugene still) are working so hard on it. And if you look trough the about of sms, you see that there a lot of other people's working on SMS, not just EEUG. And don't you think that if Sony would've wanted that the PS2 could play DivX that they would have brought a similer program years ago? They have the people and money for it, you know. And don't forget that the PS3 is coming up.
SMS is a great program, but I believe it is at his best at this very moment. I'm not trying to stop development of sms, or saying bad things about it. It's just how I feel about the situation.
