For some reason when trying to apply a new skin to SMS it doesn't work. The screen flashes when I try to apply it but it stays the same. I used "pic2sms", chose the pic I wanted to use, saved it, renamed it to "sms.skn", placed it in the \SMS folder, still nothing. Any ideas?

I tried that hoping it would work but it still does the same thing. Thanks for the reply though. Any other ideas?

Sorry I missed it--you need to use 'pic2smi.exe' The skin format changed many versions ago and the old format is not supported. If that still doesn't work, reduce the resolution of your image.
