Just to remind everyone, the latest user manual is currently at:

According to the hit counter, most people still seem to be visiting the old version at psx-scene, which is a shame, since that version is over a year out of date, and i've put time into updating it.

Does anyone have any idea when we will be able to edit the sms website again? Any estimated dates... anything we can do to encourage the admins...?

Hi everyone!

The new user manual is now back online and in the proper place on the SMS website:

http://sms.psx-scene.com/eng/manual.html

The more observant of those amongst you will notice that there is now a Russian translation! All the credit goes to VxWorks for adding the new text. Sounds good? Why not think about translating it into another language? It's really not that hard. Check the readme docs in SVN and PM me for details.

The source xml for the manual is now all updated in SVN (svn://svn.ps2dev.org/ps2ware/trunk/SMS). It had to be converted to utf-8 to cope with the Russian alphabet.
