I was thinking about contributing to SMS community and it looks like the only way I can do this is to translate the UG to Russian
Not sure if it is needed, so please let me know your views on this one.

...I've voted 'yes' as I'm Russian myself...
kool i also voted yes ,,any other language will be good ,,,i dont know if there is also a Dutch one or not ..
...any questions about SMS will be answered, so, do not hesitate to ask...
Excellent to hear of your interest in supporting!
You will be pleased to know that the user manual is all set up for multiple translations. The base xml text is divided into multiple languages, and it's fairly easy to add another one. Instructions for how to do this are all in the SVN repository under svn://svn.ps2dev.org/ps2ware/trunk/SMS/docs/
See README.maintainers for more details.
At the moment there is only one translation (portuguese) from the primary language (english), and it's partially out of date now.
If you are interested, have a go at translating just one of the short xml files first, then I'll integrate it for you. It's a fair chunk of work to do the whole thing, but I'm sure there are many who'd appreciate it. Thank you for your interest.

Dave,
Check your email.
I want to inform, that in September 2006 this instruction was translated by me to Russian. It is made in a Word format .doc. To look it is possible here - http://ps2software.4shared.com/file/17231432/28099ae8. It is ready to correct translation.
Dave,
Have you got my email from Saturday?

I guess it is possible to re-use parts of your translation for the project or do you prefer to convert it to XML yourself? <saves me a lot of work, really>
