SMS with memor32

hey ppl i have a ps2 FAT and a memor32 memory card
i really wanna play divx movies on my ps2 with dvd and usb stick only i dont know how so can i install SMS on my ps2 with my memor32 to play divx movies so yes how i can do it??

(i have no network on my ps2)

please help=(
