    hi,

i have this problem in sms that i cant see my host.ill explain how i do everything and maybe u guys can help me out.
i boot SMS from my MC on the pc i run Radhost or Ps2Client (i tried both)
and when i take network support it dissapears out of the menu but i dont see an icon where my host is supposed to be so:
i connect thru a wireless router pc with a USB adapter and ps2 with a cable to the router.
    My Pc Ip is
    192.168.2.100 255.255.255.0 192.168.2.1
My ipconfig in SMS is 192.168.2.101 (ps2 ip) 255.255.255.0 192.168.2.1 which comes from uLaunchELF
when i try this in uLaunchELF and i go to host this works perfect then i can see my D:\ but when i open SMS the client says he's connected after starting the network but no icon. i tried to ping my ps2 on the pc while in SMS and it replies i tried diffirent versions of sms but nothing works im now using SMS 1.7 (rev2) and radhostclient 1.7 does anybody have an idea?
    Thx

here's what I do. I have the exact same setup as you do, different IP of course. I run ulaunchelf off my mc, then launch sms (with the network set to autostart), then I run radhostclient, typing in the IP of my ps2 into radhostclient and hitting enter. After a couple seconds, I can see my HOST and my videos. Sometimes it takes a couple seconds before the HOST shows up. I also use radhostclient to copy my videos to my hdd and it works like a charm. Make sure your using the latest radhostclient 1.7 and you should be golden. Just a thought though, have you tried forwarding port 21 to your ps2's IP? Doubt it's really necessary, but ya never know

    Keto,
all you have to do, is drag the folder with your videos to the radhostclient window, and you'll be able to see the whole folder in the HOST
