PLz i need help, can anybody tell me how to adjust the options to produce an avi file that can be played on SMS, cuz i download aXXo movies which have a FPS of 23,976 and whenever i encode them using virtualdub to produce a subbed file, it works slowly on the ps2, can u tell me how to change the FPS to 25.00 without losing the audio, video and subtitles sync ?

Note : I use a usb flash memory to play my movies

Why do you want to produce a subbed file? I'm pretty sure SMS supports some different subtitle formats, I haven't tried it myself, but take a look in the manual...

Also you might want to use normal font size and colour when you write posts on forums...

you don´t need to re-encode the avi with the embedded subtitles, just download your own language subtitles, and rename the name to be exactly the same as the movie, just different extension for example, movie is borat.avi so subtitles are borat.srt and that´s it sms will load the subtitles for you without any re-encodig effort.
