OGM to AVI

Ok, I got the program from doing a search to convert OGM to AVI so that SMS can play them. I have another question though. Can anyone tell me how I can set it to do many files at once and not have to do them all individually. It only takes about 2mins to convert one but, it would be a lot easier if I didn't have to repeat myself each episode.
