first of all, Im really impressed with Your knowledge.
as I dont have free port on my router, so I had to use Solution 1, but it dodnt worked :/
I found solution for my case.
Gate number was my problem. gate number on PC must be empty, and gate on PS2 must be PCs IP.
this is how it looks:
PS2 IP Address: [192.168.2.3]
PS2 Subnet Mask: [255.255.255.0]
PS2 Default Gateway: [192.168.2.2] <-must be different than router gate
PC IP Address: [192.168.2.2] <-must be different than router gate
PC Subnet Mask: [255.255.255.0]
PC Default Gateway: [empty.empty.empty.empty]
my router with modem is connected to telephon socket, 2 PCs are connected to router, and PS2 is connected to one of these PCs. It seems that making PS2 work through routers gate was crashing internet connection (on a PC with connected console), because both PS2 and PC were trying to connect with router through the same gate with one cable, router was rejecting signal. Thats what I figure out. I dont know is it works in a that way, but its working for me quite good right now :)
THX FOR YOUR HELP! YOU ARE GREAT MAN!!!

After a bunch of fiddling around, I finally got it to work. I'm not sure exactly what I did to get it to work, but it might have been this:
I completely unplugged my computer from the internet.
Then, I plugged my PS2 ethernet into the secondary port of my computer.
Started SMS, and began streaming a movie from my computer via RadHostclient.
After starting a movie, then I plugged the internet ethernet cable into my main ethernet port on my computer.
The interrnet started up, and it did so without stopping the movie.
After that, it began working every time, even without unplugging anything.
It may have also been because I upgraded my version of SMS.
Anyways, thanks for the help, everyone who replied in this thread.
