I need help with sms network

How do i get sms to play media over a network i got my IP address set write but it still does not work could some body please help me with this.

Check the firewall settings on your PC as well as your router..... DJ

Also bro I EDITED your sig, I like listening to Alex Jones just as much, but you CAN NOT have links like that in there sorry bro

OK i understand i don't know why but i would like to know why i cant it doesn't have anything to do with piracy is it the government policing the internet please just explain to me why i cant have links like that in my sig and thanks for being nice about it and thanks for your help.

Links such as those are considered spamming. It is nothing personal to you, just a simple rule.

Anyway back to your problem, did changing the firewall settings have any effect on it?

no it didnt work. thanks for explaining i will glady obey but can i at least use my qoute in my sig? i tryed it with my firewall off my xbox with xbmc reades my movies and music ok over my network just fine it doesnt have any problems.But my sms doesnt seem to wont to work over the network.

I tried setting up ip addresses and it's tricky. This is why I use Rad Host Client instead. It automatically loads the directories you designate on SMS. It also connects automatically, so no breaking your head over it all.

thanks i respect psx scenes rules unlike a Lotta complete noobs that do not respect the rules. sorry for my ignorance i just want to inform the world and the USA we are slowly losing our freedoms and constitutional rights and i hope there will 1 day be enough people informed that will stand up and fight for there rights. Im glad to know that you are also a Alex Jones fan to i hope there are also plenty of others out there who are also. Alex Jones is doing a great job informing people about what is happening to the US and the world.

Back to the topic i do have experience with computers i do computer repair in my local area and i have been doing some studying on programming i hope to 1 day write apps for the ps2 and help the FMCB team. So im not a complete noob here im just a noob with sms. this is my first time using it i have kept up with it in the past but never used it because it needed improvements it has gotten much better and has a lot of potential to be a great app for the ps2 i hope that it will get even better with future versions. I got it figured out for the most part except being able to get it to network with my pc.

i also have something that i would like to release in the future. What i have is a improved install method for FMCB there has not been any code modified just the installation. IM just improving on existing methods just to let you know so that there is no confusion with wither im claiming to have invented it. i have just made a easier way for it to be installed i have it ready at this time i may need to make a few small adjustments but what i really need is for somebody to make a tutorial for me as this is a bit different then the way that it is originality done so it would require a tutorial if somebody out there would have the skills necessary to be able to do it. I have bad grammar and punctuation. I hope that maybe there maybe somebody open minded enough to want to check it out and maybe help me with this project.
