Force aspect ratio

Is there a way to force aspect ratio on SMS?
I have avi in 4:3. And my tv also 4:3.
But i want to force SMS to display it in 16:9
because my avi is 16:9 but i encoded at wrong Aspect ratio (4:3)

now i use ps2realitymediaplayer to force AR. But ps2realitymp is slow.

Sms can stretch 16:9 movie to 4:3. But cant stretch 4:3 movie to 16:9. Is there a way to make 4:3 movie stretched to 16:9? Just like force aspect ratio on PC.
