do ya'll know how 2 convert CB 9.3 to GS 2 quickly..i can only get it to convert to ar max to raw..?

You shouldn't ask about cheat code conversions in the SMS forum.
There is another subforum for cheat code hacking, so take that query there instead.

As for your problems with USB HDD, it might just be a formatting problem. None of the PS2 homebrew software supports NTFS, so you'll need to use FAT32 instead.
