    Ok ive searched every where and cant find or understand how to do this.

    Ok what i wanna do is transfer divx films across the network to my hdd, then play them off the hdd with either mediaplayer pro or SMS?

    im sure this can be done biut how????????????????

    Not sure about hard drive storage, however Why don't you just play the movies from your computer?, load up SMS and then load up ps2client on your computer (run with ps2client gui for ease of use) and then select network from the sms menu. and viola .... watching a streaming movie from your pc on your ps2.

    First, make a new partition for your movies if you don't already have one. i don't reccommend using your boot partition for anything like this. then use ExecFTPs on the PS2 and FlashFXP on the pc to transfer the video to the partition by ftp.

    SMS played the video i tried just fine. i think it may have problems with some newer types of divx though.

    ther is other transfer methodes that i think is better than execftp.
    Ulaunchelf have LAN suport.
    and then there is the new app PS2 PFS Explorer. but it dont have wright suport yet

    Where can I get the PC (windows) version of the ps2client to work with the ps2client gui?
