Wierd sound on modded PSTwo?

The console makes a really wierd noise when it's loading a game.
When i play and the game loads during gameplay everyhting is like on a normal PS2, but when I get to a loading screen the laser sounds really wierd.

(My PSTwo's a v.14 (SCHP-75004, the one with good laser) )

Is this normal?
I have only had a modded Xbox before, and it never made this sound...

The first thing I want to say, that I'm sorry for my english

The second:

A friend of mine gave me a pstwo v13. The console isn't modded and has the same ruid which SWiss04 said, but not only when loading game, it does that ruid when I turn on the PSTwo too.

If anyone knows why it does that ruids, please post

My console makes that noise when i reboot it and sometimes when I open the lid.
