Where do people buy their componets from?

Just about to look at a v12 which is dead. Been reading through threads and guess checking the fuses is a good starting point. If I find a dead one needs replacing...

Where can I buy suface mount replacements? I'm in the UK.

Any advice i'm looking at the Farnell.co.uk site but dont know exactly whch fuse ratings to look for. Got the Amps but what voltage are they???
