    Hello,

I am taking apart a broken Playstation 2 SCPH-39001 for repair and i found that that heatsink uses thermal pads instead of paste to interface with the chips. There are two types thermal pads. One for the CPU/GPU/RAM, and two on the opposite side of the motherboard for for some smaller chips. I would like to replace these pads because they were very dry and crumbled apart. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
