I found a picture of PS2 VGA link. There are three Electric capacities (220uF) at the R.G.B.Between the PS2 Multi line and VGA. How many volts are they?

The voltage rating on a capacitor is there to tell you the max voltage the particular capacitor can handle. So, in other words, a capacitor that is 220uF and 10V or higher will be perfect. (I think the common voltage for a 220uF electrolytic is around 35V.)

Is'nt the voltages on videolines about 1,3V or something similar. So 6,3V caps do fine too.
I'm installing FMCB in Finland. I'm installing modchips for PS2, Xbox360, Gamecube and Wii, in Finland. I live in Finland.
I love Finland. My country is Finland. I work in Finland. I was born in Finland.

You're right, the video signal doesn't go over 2V. It is just more common to find higher voltage rated capacitors, especially at the higher capacitance ratings. Having a 6.3V cap and a 35V cap, for this application, will make no difference.
Although, the higher voltage cap, if I'm not mistaken, will be physically larger than a lower voltage cap of the same capacitance. So, if size is an issue, the lower voltage cap will be the better choice.

    Now,which of the following best?
    1.Tantalum
    2.electrolytic capacitor
    3.Aluminum electrolysis electric capacitor

There is also a problem, about anode and cathode.
    A.PS2~[-220uF+]~VGA
    B.PS2~[+220uF-]~VGA
    A or B ?
