One day I decided to mod my ps2. I installed it but when i put it back together I got nothing. I took it apart again but got black screen. Then I desoldered everything. It works but no sound, black screen after ps2 logo, stays at swirling electrons for a long time, and with ulaunch elf it cant read the hdd. How can I fix this?

you have a solder bridge somewhere in the system. go over every pont you soldered on with a multimeter on continuity mode and check to see what is connected that shouldn't be.
