Hi, I have a few questions which I'd be greatful if anyone here could answer.

    1.)
I had a v7 ps2 but the mobo died on me (Syscon blew), I have a mainboard from a v9, and I'd like to know how to wire it up to the power/eject panel from a v7(Just for Power/eject/lights, obviously not IR).

    2.)
It would be nice if someone could tell me if the 12v/5v/g/g is still the same pinout on the mainboard as I know v9's have the psu upside down.

    3.)
If i replace a LA6508 IC with a Sanyo original, must I still lift pin 17 and perform the mod?

    Any help is much appreciated.
