Hey, I wonder if it is possible to put an entire v15 laser unit in a v12 console with a currently broken laser? If this works, will I still need a laser fix for the v12 if I install a modchip in it?

    Thanks in advance.

You could, but you'd have to rewire the spindle motor so that it's longer and reaches the female connector on the right.

Feed motor has a diferent pinout as well. The stepper motor will move out while trying to move in. It simply doesn't work and isn't worth your time for adapting. Just find a original part from a scrap and avoid the hassle.
