V15 Graphic glitches doesn't load games

I have a problem with my ps2 slim
V15 77004 PAL
MOBO GH-051-32
And there was no modding tryouts in the past

ps2 will not start up with a memory card inside (tryed many cards). It will only show black screen.

When i remove the memcard, it starts up, then the sound goes bad after the sony logo comes up and the menu appears with some graphic glitches.

When I put any PS2 game it reads it then shows the "PlayStation 2" logo and nothing happens only black screen.

I suspect there is a problem either in BIOS or NVRAM I have another ps2 that I can use for parts so please anyone tell me where I can find NVRAM or BIOS.

I'm sorry buddy but that sounds like the EE RAM (the 32MB RAMBUS memory) has problems.

You can check by going to the memory card manager at the OSD and trying to navigate on a FULL memory card. If the PS2 crashes or show deformed icons, you have bad EE RAM.

Also bad sound may be caused by it because the sound data is stored there.

I'm accessing to the memory card and there is nothing wrong with icons inside, but there is glitches in memory card icon itself and on tags in OSD.

Can you tell me which chip is this EE memory or it is inside emotion engine.

The RAMs are two small square BGA chips between the Emotion Engine and the Controller port.
