v12 dms lite, disc not spining

Hi, I had this ps2 v12 (slim) with dms lite installed (toxic 1.1 bio), but no laser fix. I had it over a year with no problem, this morning, the ps2 doesn't read anymore discs.

I noticed that the laser will try to move, but the disc will not spin at all.

Does that mean the laser is broken, or something else is bad. It read memory card and other stuff just ok.

dead laser if it was working .... replace laser and install fix subzero or comsoft. rember to cut track or you will blow new laser fast..
