V12 Disc Does Not Spinn !!!!

I replaced the lense on V12, there is a laser beam but the disc does not spinn.Does anybody know what the problem is ?

Check laser cables..check laser diode...check coils...

Make sure the laser cable is in the right way. You usually can still see some of the contacts when it's in properly.
