v 14 power problem

Hi, I installed a Ghost2 in my v14 yesterday and everything worked fine, but this morning my ps2 would not start. Sometimes the red led will flash 1-3 times if it is unplug for a few minutes. I removed the chip and it still does the same thing, anyone have any ideas?
Their is power getting inside the ps2 and the mod is receiving 0.5V..

OK redone wires b g and I and the ps2 was working (except the chip) and after a few retry the red led is on and I can power on to green but have no tv signal and cant turn it off....

Anyone have a v14 warraty sticker for sale??
