Test V7

Hi all,

Bought a 2nd hand V7 and I am installing a matrix infinity in it over the next 2 days (waiting on chip).

This is my first PS2 mod and I want to know is there anything I can test while I have the board out to give me indication of how good condition the laser assembly is in?

Just wanna know what I should test and what kind of readings I should get on the testmeter etc..

The only thing I think you can do atm is borrow some original PS2 games and try to play in it for a lot of time (4 hours or more) see if movies shutter or music/video looks weird. if not it should be all right.
