I want to install the Crystal 2.0 chip in my ps2 v13. I really dont want to pay extra money to have someone do it. So when i use my iron for the first time i have to let it heat up and put solder on the whole tip of the iron? And then with the wires and the places i'm soldering the wire to i just heat them both with the iron and then put a little solder on the spot i just heated and the solder will cover it? Then i just connect the 2 with a little more heat?
I really hate to say it, but if this is your first time holding a soldering iron I don't suggest you doing this yourself.
I know you want to save money, but the chances of you successfully modding your system with the CC is very small compared to the chances of permanently damaging the system.
Yea i kind of figured that. Where would i even find someone to install this thing for me in the first place? I see people advertising on here but nothing for Ohio.
