I'm trying to install my matrix chip into my V14 ps2 and was wondering what is the best way to solder the wires (B,G,H & I) they seem to have to be soldered to points on the motherboard that are just green and not any copper.

In my V12 I had the same spots and they were not covered with any coating.
If there's a green coat then simply scrape it gently with a exacto.
