PStwo Restarting after 20 mins

Sorry to bother again, as i reported in a previous thread my pstwo rebooted recently and i figured it was a heating issue so after i repaired the problem with the eject button coming loose, i tried to play again for the past 2 days, but its always the same problem when i am playing any disk (backup, original) after ~20 minutes the console reboots (i see the matrix logo which comes at the start up) for a split second, then the console shuts down.

I Also have tried it with no disk in, on the "Browser" / "Options" Menu, i left it and around 18 minutes later, the same problem it shutdown, i cannot start the ps2 straight after, i have to wait about 15 minutes before it will let me start it again.

I am not positive its heat as i had a house fan on speed #3 (highest) pointing to the back of it, and one directly on top, also after reading the manual for the pstwo it indicates that heating would result in a red flashing light, this red light stays solid, does anybody have a clue what it could be ?

I didn't install the chip, it was a premod from xmodds.com just in case you need to know, and i played it fine for a few weeks when i got it, then it got shoved into a closet, and i only just started trying to play again (of course the warranty service they offer is no longer valid)

definitely heat related since i always happens after 20 min. regardless of what you do and needs to cool down before it works again. Maybe something is too taped up from the mod or something so that air can't get to it.
