PStwo Doesn't Power On! (No red light)

I've connected my power cord to multiple outlets and the PStwo still isn't receiving power. All connections are snug, still no red light.

I tried a friend's PStwo power cord, nothing. I've concluded that this is NOT an issue with the cord. Could this be a broken fuse on the inside? What should I do?

I worked for 2 years with the insides of arcade machines, so removing the casing and repairing / replacing things won't be a problem.

Any suggestions? What could be causing this?

More info would be good. Do u have an modchip installed? And how, when the PS2 got broken?

And yes, it could be the main fuse, on the power board.
First u should take a peek all around the boards, find for blowen capasitors etc. then test voltage what u get after power-board cord.
