12-03-2006,02:00 PMBlown fuse ? Jammed fan ? Maybe the fan itself failed on it's own. Might be getting power and not spinning. I suggest try it out with a 9v battery.
Gray wire is +

12-08-2006,08:46 AMdunno about the 39003 but the new fans work off PWM - you can't connect them to a constant power source. The speed of the fan is controlled with the width of the pulses applied to it.
