PS2 V12 No Screen

I tried modding my PsV12 slimline with a Matrix Infinity Green Dot and had problems with booting up games. After removing the chip I now have no screen at all! the playstation starts and the CD turns but it spits out no screen output. I know the cable is fine as it was working previously. Any ideas on what it could be?

check for solder splashes around the bios chip. also check if all the fuses are still ok.
