ps2/swap magic wigout!

hey its been a long while since i've been here

but im having a problem with my friends slim ps2

i installed a swap magic lid and hes running swapmagic 3 on it

but im having a weird problem.

its having trouble playing backups....at all

i've burnt melty blood:AC tried it on someones ps2 who also is running swap magic on a slim ps2 and it worked fine.

i took it to my friends house and we either get "not a valid ps2 disc" or it'll boot back to the ps2 browser.

the weird thing is it still plays ps2 games with no problem
(we were playing mgs3:s)

so im not sure where the problem lies in the ps2's lens,the swap magic disc or the flip top

any help will be incredibly welcome and i'll see about getting the ps2's version.

Try loading up the swap magic with the lid open, see if it still spins. all i can think of being the problem. hope that helps in some way!
