Ps2 Slim 77002 Powers on for 1 sec then red light

Hi guys , i have a 77002 here with GH-051 mobo, unit powers green for one sec then red again , ive tested all fuses (all fine), another power button and ribbon , any ideas ? thanks

Helllo, You try to replace a resistor near ps14. Then test the ps2. Must work..........
