PS2 parts from a US work in a PAL AUS ? plz read

hiya team , im looking to buy some backup internal parts to my 3 Australian PS2's. The parts i can get are from preowned US PS2's , i was wondering if they would work in my AUS PS2's ? the Versions models for the parts match my PS2's ie Laser Ribbon Cable Version 1-10

Laser Ribbon Cables
Back Fans
Laser Worm Drives
Reset / Eject Cables
Controller Port Ribbon Cables
Controller Ports
