Ps2 CD drive won't work

Hi,

I just modded a ps2 v7 with Matrix infinity.
The problem is that if I start the ps2 the CD drive won't start up.
The fan is on and there is a green light but the CD drive isn't really doing anything I can't open it, the cd I forgot to take it out before the installation isn't moving,...

So I just think I scrwd my ps2

What do you think about it?
