PS 2 power problem

i have a slim line ps2 (scph-75004 cb) , whenever i power it on it boots up to sony computer entertainment scren and powers down leaving my power buttom's led blinking to red & green continously .

is your fan working? most likely it is overheating quickly.

Overheating wont happent that fast IMO.

Maybe the powersupply (the brick) is defective. .

Or the power switch pcb / button is broken/damaged

The blinking means that the temperature sensor failed.

If it was overheat it would blink but only blink the red light.
