    Hello,

    My power cable is broken, so i soldered al the contacts with wires.. but still no lights and no working power button...

    Does anybody knows a way to start a pstwo without the power button??

    You can't. If the little white button had fallen off the switch, you could use a wireless remote control to get the system out of standby.

    It's the white reset cable that is damaged?

    It is an all in one cable, special for the ps2...

    But i reconnect all wires, but still no result :s

    Are you referring to the cable that leads from the reset circuit board to the motherboard?

    if so, why not just get another cable???

    i got the same problem.....my cable is broke too, does anyone know where i can buy another one?....

    To start the PS2 (any model) without the power buttons, just short the matrix infinity "reset" point to GND for a small time...
