PLS HELP I WANTS TO INSTALL FMCB BUT MY PS2 CAN'T READ DISCS –
i wants to install FMCB to my Memory Card of PS2 but my Fat PS2 can't read discs so i'm really in a big problem i wants to install it but there is noway i think to install FMCB using USB drive only
pls HELP ME i really needs help!!!
pls give some suggestions or methods to install FMCB using USB only, no CD/DVDs pls!!!
First one thread is enough to get seen, posting duplicates clogs up the forum. Your best bet is to look for someone close to you to install it, for example I do it in Australia and only ask for $ for return postage or just a stamp.
I have the same issue, my ps2 is an scph-39001 WITH a modchip. I'm not sure exactly what modchip I have, I purchased the system pre-modded on craigslist years ago. Is there any way for me to install FMCB or at least boot uLE? Thanks.
Well you could boot uLE by creating a bootible DVD or CD check here (unofficial LaunchELF v4.42)
With uLE disk easy to boot usb and install FMCB
SCPH-30001 with Network adapter SCPH-10281
PSP 2G 6.60 PRO CFW Perm PSP 6.20 GO PRO Perm
Official FHDB v1.92
OPL self compiled HD and SMB preferred
Is how all good gaming systems came to be
The problem is my PS2 won't read discs, the laser is dead.
star2root, I just joined the forum because I'm in the same boat - disc drive dead, trying to install FMCB. I'd love if it you could extend the same offer to me. However, since I'm completely new, I can't access the PM system - can you think of an alternate secure way for us to discuss this?
well, let's see - if you're still willing to do it, i made an alias for my throwaway hotmail, so that should be pretty secure (solarius_alias atsign hotmail dot com). I have a MC i'd like to use, so it should be safe sending your contact information there.
as for request floods, since you're not on the official thread, and people like me can't PM you, i'd bet they would die down soon enough - and if they don't, you could probably make a modreq for post deletion, since the new posters would be resurrecting an old topic...
