well u need just to put the screws on 700-100ohm, after that u just need to adjust the white wheel.Go step by step. On left u bring the laser more near the cd and on right u increase the distance. Dont bring it to near the cd/dvd or u might get rings on your cd /dvd and destroy the lens, well u hear it.
u just increase the wheel click by click.that need time. And after EVERY click boot the ps2, just put the front of dvd drive on it, u dont have to tighten it anyhow, boot up and see what happens, like that u find the right results.
But there is one problem I didn't touch anything else exept that screw for the angle and clean the laser. Before when I adjust the angle again but nothing bad happend the ps2 still works. When it's stop starting games(but the disk is spinning and the laser is red light ligthning)then I only clean the laser I didnt touch anything else why I need now to adjust the white wheel and the ohms if it works before?

Not sure about the v10, but the values sounds like that are a bit to high.
Try to adjust them, lowering them by 10-20% (think I'm using cd:1200, dvd:1400 on my v9 console)
But lowering the ohm, decreases the life of the laser, so if it works with higher values = longer life for the laser (as I far as I know anyway).
It doest mater how long the laser will live becouse I'm going to hdd and I wont use it.I'll only need the laser if something happend to my ulaunchelf on my memory card to put it again there becouse that is the only way to play games on my ps2(use ulaunchelf). But could be this the problem???Before with this values it works without problems on origilas games and sometimes big problems on backups(sometimes not everytimes).
